DRLC recently filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), on behalf of a kindergarten student with disabilities. The suit seeks to compel adoption of inclusive policies that would allow students who use wheelchairs to participate in school activities and programs.
