Andrea F. Oxman, Staff Attorney

Andrea F. Oxman is a staff attorney with the Disability Rights Legal Center’s Education Advocacy Program. Ms. Oxman’s practice focuses on high-impact cases affecting students with disabilities that are eligible for special education and/or accommodations pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Rehabilitation Act and California law.

Ms. Oxman is a 2007 graduate of the Gould School of Law at USC, where she was a finalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. During law school, Ms. Oxman was a law clerk for the Disability Rights Legal Center’s Civil Litigation Project. Ms. Oxman received her B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

Ms. Oxman is admitted to practice in the state of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
