Thomas J. Hill, Options Counseling & Referral Service Director
Thomas Hill joined the Disability Rights Legal Center in 2004 as the Director of Options Counseling and Lawyer Referral Service. In addition to identifying new cases for the Center, Mr. Hill provides resources and referrals on variety of disability related legal issues in California. Before joining the Center, he worked for Senator Tom Harkin (Iowa-D) on disability and special education policy issues. Mr. Hill received his law degree from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis. Before law school, Mr. Hill worked as a rehabilitation specialist for adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
