On Friday, February 8th, DRLC filed a due process complaint and request for due process hearing against the Ontario Montclair School District alleging that the district failed to identify the Petitioner as a student with disabilities pursuant to California Education Code section 56300 and 56301, as well as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
