DRLC Provides Comments on DOJ's Proposed Changes to ADA Regulations
DRLC Executive Director, Paula Pearlman, and Civil Rights Litigation Project Director, Shawna Parks, along with the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF) and other disability rights attorneys and advocates, have compiled comments to the vast changes the Department of Justice has proposed regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, including those relating to theaters, stadiums and arenas.
